WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Contact Us Now
  • I had some issues with my car. I reached out to almost all the automotive mechanics in Birmingham but no one would help me. I received a call back JPDMAX and not only did he patiently find out all that was wrong with my car, he did it all off the clock. That was major considering he charges $75 an hour. He bought all the things he thought I might need for my car, came to where I was in the rain and he fixed my car. When he realized I did not need as much work done, he told me and walked me through the whole process so I would know and what was suppose to be a $432 job turned into an $180 job because he refused to over charge me or make me get work do that was not needed. He also called the next day to make sure all was well. I will not go anywhere else. I want everyone to experience what I did with JPDMAX. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

  • This guy does this work as a hobby. Ex-engineer. Badass. Knows what he's doing.

About Mobile Service

Common questions and tips from our work with Birmingham customers.

What kinds of repairs can be done at my location?
Diagnostic scanning and many common repair and maintenance jobs can be done where the car sits, depending on the vehicle, the job and the space available. Some work needs shop equipment. If that is the case, we will tell you after the diagnosis and help arrange the next step so you know what to expect.
What should I tell you when I call for mobile service?
Give us your exact location, the vehicle's year, make and model, and what it is doing: noises, warning lights, smells, or whether it will start at all. Let us know if the car is in a parking lot, a driveway or on the roadside so we can plan for the space we will have to work.

Tip

Staying Safe While You Wait Roadside

If your car stops on the road, get as far onto the shoulder as you can, turn on your hazard lights, and raise the hood so other drivers know you are stopped. If traffic is heavy and it is safe to get out, wait away from the car and behind a barrier. Set out reflective triangles if you have them, and keep your phone charged so we can reach you.
